Leaving Town

Postby Alexis Coovre » Fri Jul 23, 2010 3:38 pm

Dear Sharks.

I've decided to move back to Australia, and will miss the rest of the season.

It's been a pleasure playing with, and getting to know you all during my time at the club.

I hope I've done ok, and helped keep the Sharks afloat.

I will be back one day, and when that happens, I hope to continue playing with the Sharks.

Good luck this Sunday, and for the rest of the season. We are indeed the team to beat.

I'll have a beer with some of you after training.

Take care.

Farewell.

It's a sorry day Alexis. The Sharks will be a little less fun and a little more punctual without you mate! See you on Saturday.

No need for threats, mate.

Best of luck with your Australian endeavours, Alexis. I'm sure you'll fall on your feet. Dhugal seems to have done the same.

And there's always Japan, the Sharks, and my charitable company if Australia doesn't work out.

We'll save teary goodbyes for tomorrow at training.

Hello from that city in NSW with the giant yoghurt container. It's nice to be back, but I miss gentle Japan.

Thanks, Iain and Marcus - too bad you were unable to make it.

Let's all meet again soon.
