PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY.

Schedule on 9 October

We must definitely meet at the ground by 9am. The Flicx pitch is stored in a shed at Togane Arena. It will be put on a truck and carried to the ground next door (where we are playing).

Make sure everyone is changed and ready to start ground preparations by 9am.

We must also finish cleaning up and restoring the ground to its original state and must leave the ground by 5pm.

Showers and changing rooms

The showers and changing rooms are inside the Togane Arena on the 1^st floor. All players can use these facilities.

Transporting the Flicx pitch

Taka will take care of returning the Flicx pitch to the JCA after Thursday 23 Sep.

Point man on the day

There will be a Togane person in charge on the day. He will help us with preparations. David and ????-san will give instructions on the day for preparation. Please follow the directions, particularly for ground preparations and cleaning up.

PLEASE NOTE:

No alcohol on or around Togane Arena or the playing area (basically, wait until we go elsewhere before having any beer).

Don’t use the toilets outside the grounds (they are for the tennis courts only). Please use the toilets in the ground.

If you want to smoke, use the ashtrays/smoking areas outside the ground.

Car parking

Players must use the Katoku Ground car park (parking in the Arena car park is prohibited)

Bus from Oami Station

The bus will leave Oami Station at 8:30 AM. Please do not be late because we cannot wait.

LASTLY

Years of planning have gone into this day. We must follow these rules and keep to schedule! This is vital. If we are late leaving the ground or don’t follow the rules, we won’t be able to use the ground again (we must prove to the Arena staff that we are VERY VERY reliable). Make sure you take home all of your rubbish and cigarette trash. DO NOT bring alcohol!
